Cont: Dr. Hafez started to raise her voice, shouting and cutting me off when i would try to speak. And asked me what time i was let in the office and i told her. She said "well then! so what!" i was taken back by how RUDE she was. I stood up and told her i rather be in pain and go somewhere else then to give my money to her. That was the last straw! I went to leave and she said BYyyyyyyeee in that horrible attitude of hers. Worst experience ever!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I will be posting on numerous review pages to give awareness so that maybe you don't suffer the same experience as myself. I was referred here by my primary dentist and was assured i would be in good hands. Not the case! My appt was at 7:45AM. I got to the dentist office and 7:30AM because i live out of town and didnt want to be late. As i waited, no one showed up. The time was 7:45AM and the doors were still locked and the lights off. Finally a lady opened the door after 8AM in a spaghetti strap shirt (completely unprofessional) but i let it go. The lady continued to call me by a nickname instead of my actual name (Again completely unprofessional) But i also let that go! I didnt see the Doctor till after 8:33AM. By this time i was a little ticked off. Dr. Hafez proceeded to assist another patient who came in way after me, First. By the she came to see me. I asked her what time did they open? She said 8AM. I asked then why schedule me for 7:45AM
