        Overall

        I have been to Western Missouri Medical Center two times in my 21 years of living in Warrensburg Missouri. These were both life threatening situations and the first emergency I was not an easy patient to deal with! I was yelling, crying,confused and scared and the emergency staff still dealt with me in a gentle and professional manner, which helped me calm down. Many years later I have found myself having a life threatening illness and receiving outpatient care with my doctor and Western Missouri Medical Center. I am still receiving the best care, professionalism, friendliness and urgency ,from the staff, I did many years ago during my first emergency visit.

        I also want to comment on the remodeling of the hospital which I find very comfortable in color and relaxing in view.
