        Overall

        The shop I work for has been using them for years. Also my wife and I do our personal taxes with them. I have always been happy with them.

        don't bother calling them. although they have ads all over the place, either my situation was too complicated for them, or they pick and choose their business. either way they told me they were not taking new clients as of this date: 11/19/2014. at the same time she told me they were all at lunch, so nobody could talk with me. so then who did she ask about taking me as a client? clearly no integrity, on top of being 'unavailable. again, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
