Customer service is somewhat better comparing to the old days still far from acceptable if you ask me. There are good workers and quality watch repair men but the whole place needs better organization.

So I dropped off a watch and a clock end of December. I was told it would be 2 weeks and it will be done. It is February 9th, and I still haven't gotten it back. They called me mid January to let me know it was done. When I got there, they said they called me by accident and apologized and said that they would call me next week. They never did. I tried calling them today, but it kept going to a fax machine. My husband went there today, theys said another week and when he told them after their phone going to fax, they said, they don't know- not bothering to apologize or fix the situation. God knows how good their quality of work will be. But I am definately never going back there. So much for supporting your local business.
