Being new in town and my first time to go to this salon I asked for a stylist that was experienced with cutting curly, coarse hair. They set my appt with Suzanne. First of all, when I get there I find out that Suzanne is new and has only been there for 3 months. I got nervous when she went to wash my hair and turned on the freezing cold water. I had to tell her a couple times that the water temp was too cold. I'm getting really nervous now. I tell her what I want done and even show her a picture of my hair after my last haircut. She proceeds to cut my hair really slow and she seems unsure of herself which makes me uneasy. After barely cutting my hair and blowdrying it, I look in the mirror at the back of my hair and it looks uneven with no style what so ever. I told her that I wasn't happy and she proceeds to ask me what she should do. I told her I wasn't the stylist and that she should know what to do. Needless to say I got up and paid (50.00 + tip). I will never go back and I am writing this review because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Its not just Suzanne's fault its also the girl who scheduled my appt. Just plain bad all around. My first and last time at this salon.
