Capital District Physicians Healthcare Network, based in Albany, N.Y., offers a range of health care services to organizations and groups. CDPHN has negotiated contracts and established working relationships with health care providers and hospitals across more than 20 counties in New York. It offers clients access to a network of health care practitioners. It also offers a range of administrative and health management services, such as in-network and out-of-network plan designs, employer group and member service representatives, health benefit claim processing, employee specific case management, pharmacy benefits management and wellness programs. CDPHN also offers wellness and disease management programs, employer group bank account administration, financial and claim performance reports, printing of summary plan descriptions, employee enrollment and open enrollment marketing materials.
