Perlman's Towing & Recovery

Cancelled the tow 3 minutes after insurance roadside assistance contacted them; didn't tell anyone! Sat for about an hour waiting for a tow truck that wasn't on the way.

Very polite, forthright and fast. Saved out car from being impounded on the side of the road. :) Thank you Perlmans. :)

Would only recommend if you don't mind waiting for them. I called my car insurance regarding my flat tire, they were going to send Perlmans. I waited 2 hours for them to change a flat tire. It was suppose to be under an hour. After an hour I called to see what was going on, the lady I spoke with was VERY rude and said the truck would be there soon. Another hour went by before the truck came. Perlmans told us that my car insurance called them to see how everything went. Perlmans then said they told my car insurance that it was going to be over an hour and that my car insurance told them it was fine to make me wait... My car insurance NEVER called Perlmans to check on the service. Needless to say, my car insurance is putting in a complaint regarding them.
