Hwy 9 Lawn Mower Repair & Sales

Beware this Company is listed under several names and phone numbers but they all share a common store front 6730 Atlanta Hwy, Alpharetta, GA 30004.They seem to be listed as follows: Hwy 9, Grassland and Phoenix Mower Repair.Phone numbers and email vary however billing is sometimes preformed with a Square account with the Nesbit Ferry address. It took a hand delivered copy of a filed police report to get this company to return my property after charging me twice for a simple repair. Beware.

This is my first review I have ever done on line. If you read this review and still go to this company than you have been forewarned and the responsibility is on you.
Took 6 weeks to repair my lawn tractor.
Originally was told it would be $63 repair. The finial cost was closer to $300. I did not authorize this much to be spent.
What makes me really upset is the unauthorized work and than justifying it as needed to be done.
I do not know if their own staff is giving the high scores to make them look good but I know mine is true.
The worst part of it all. IS WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO HOME AND EXPLAIN TO YOUR WIFE HOW THE PRICE GOES UP OVER $200. That was really fun.
You have been warned. Watch out for your wallet and get ready for the wait. They will burn you or at least they did me.
Very sad. I will never use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone and now my wife is so mad that I used this company.
