I had a great first visit. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff made me feel very comfortable and suggested some great ideas. I will definitely go back.

I accepted that this was ultimately my decision to allow Richard to apply the Keratin treatment to my hair. However, the unprofessional demander that this stylist displays was so unnecessary. We expect our stylist to be knowledgeable and professional in the hair care field. This review is intended to warn anyone who is thinking about going to this Imagez Hair Gallery and Day Spa – beware if anything goes on after the fact it’s highly unlikely that they will be there to help correct, or even take any ownership. I never asked for my money back only how to correct this, but so far I have spent close to $150.00 on medications and doctors to correct this.
