These folks did a very quick tune-up on my Yamaha inverter generator under a big time crunch - the snow storm in January. Very competent, gave good maintenance advice. Absolutely satisifed.

Needed my Honda generator tuned up. I called and told to drop it off but it would take about three weeks. When I dropped off the generator I also ordered a companion kit for it. The employee told me he would try to get the generator fixed for me within a week or two. I didn't hear anything after three weeks and then went away for another week expecting the generator to be ready when I returned. After four weeks I called to find out the status and was told they had not yet even looked at it. When I dropped off the generator for repair, I told the employee that I needed it for a camping trip in four weeks and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Now I have to rent one for the trip. Nice people but slow service.....
