Blackjack Pizza & Salads

Had I wished to write a hugely negative review of my previous delivery experience, I could have won the Pulitzer! However, the negative reviews (for most businesses) are equally as huge in one-sidedness.
To this, however, without too much detail, let me state that the GM at this Blackjack Pizza location is a man of integrity, and obviously has a desire to build the business. T.J., the manager, patiently listened to my tale of disgruntlement, acknowledged my concern and, on my behalf, attempted to assist me in investigating my previous problem.
After he, himself, was unable to get to the root of my problem, he took ownership of it (under NO obligation, mind you), and provided me with the credit that allegedly no other manager admitted was owed.
Thank you, T.J., for following through and earning my business. I have always enjoyed Blackjack Pizza, and I am no longer reluctant to order.
As a side note, the online application, is HORRIBLE. Call your closest store. That's a better method.
