VERY unreliable! If I could give less than a full star rating, I would. I was discharged from the hospital on Friday after having surgery on my right knee. The floor case manager set up services with these individuals for durable medical equipment, mainly a wheelchair with leg supports.I come home and call these individuals about sending my equipment to the address I am staying at and they tell me it will be there in an hour. It was 6pm at the time. I get a call about an hour later in which Trish tells my husband that the chair will be sent without leg supports because the hospital never indicated that I would need them and never gave them my height and weight, which is a lie because it was all indicated on the prescription they received. We tell them we need leg supports and they say they may be getting some from an equipment return this evening and that they would put it on this wheelchair. So this is now 7pm and they said they'd be coming now within 2 hours. So here I am 3 hours post discharge after knee surgery and on a non weight bearing status on that leg, 4 days post op, having to get to my in laws 2nd floor apartment using a walker. So 9pm rolls around and someone finally shows up with a wheelchair and no leg supports. My husband refuses the chair because it is useless to me without them. The offices are closed over the weekend so I'm stuck in bed all weekend because these people don't have it together. I call on Monday morning first thing and the individual states that they didn't have leg supports in stick and had to order them which is a completely different issue than when they tried to blame the hospital for not giving them any indication that I would need any. So they tell me that they ordered some last week and they were expecting them to be delivered today by UPS and that they would call me when they got them in. Monday comes and goes and I call Tuesday am to find out what happened, Trish very impolitely tell me that she doesn't know who told me that but the parts are coming in today via UPS and very unkindly reminded me that she would call once they were received. Well Tuesday has come and gone and I am now 5 days post discharge without the equipment I need to get around. Very unreliable, very unprofessional. I will be filing a complaint with TRICARE about this matter as it has to do with patient safety. Don't do business with these individuals if you expect to get what you need.
