Do not become a member,They will treat you like nazy's,destroy your company and always hold the consumer's side,I won a law suit against a customer on an unpaid balance and they're still defending them,The next law suit will be against bbb.That's why company's like walmart,home depot and lowe's are not members,Ummm wonder why!
Just do a search for bbb scams and read the reviews yourself.
