I was in need of a formal dress for a family wedding and I was 7 months pregnant. Needless to say, I was over the moon to find Mandi at Bella Bridesmaids! As soon as I walked in, she and the other women working there were so attentive (offering me water and a seat) while Mandi pulled several maternity dresses for me to try on. I absolutely loved every dress and felt really excited to actually go to a wedding very pregnant!!! Mandi had amazing suggestions with each dress and showed me all of the color choices to pick from. I received the dress in a timely manner and Mandi recommend a great alterations shop not far from the store. If it weren't for Mandi and her eye for detail, I don't think I would have felt as confident and pretty at a wedding being very pregnant!!

Today, I went to Bella Bridesmaids and received the worst customer service ever. When I walked in, I was barely greeted and was later asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to look at bridesmaids dresses. I’m assuming the store owner/manager asked when was the wedding and how much was I trying to spend. She then asked how many and I told her 12. She asked me if I knew what style I was looking for and I told her long and showed her some pictures. She proceeded to tell me to look around with no guidance of where the styles of dresses I liked were located. I pulled a couple of dresses from the rack and held the long dresses in my hand. She never got them out my hand or asked me any additional questions. After standing for 10 minutes, waiting for her to finish talking to another customer who had checked out about when they going to dinner again and other frivolous topics, I hung the dresses on the end of a rack and sat down. I waited for another 10 minutes, the customer walked out the store and she proceeded to answer the phone and act like I was invisible. At this point, I knew I would not spend any money at this store but wanted to see how long she was going to act like I wasn’t in the store waiting on service. Another sales representative asked me after another 10 minutes went by while she was waiting on a customer who came in after me to come out the dressing room if I was being helped. I told her I thought I was being helped by the manager. She asked the manager to come out the back and she said “Oh, she just looking around.” I said I was looking around to in order to purchase bridesmaid dresses. She said, we don’t order dresses without measurements. How you know I don’t have measurements? I came in to look for the style in order to place an order. Her attitude towards me was unbelievable! I showed her what the dresses I picked out and she had such a nonchalant attitude, I walked out in tears! I am a business owner of over 18 year and I am such a friendly, happy person. I would NEVER treat a customer in the manner that she did today. I walked in so excited that I was going to find my bridesmaids a beautiful dress for my wedding. I would not recommend this business to anyone and will let the many wedding planners and business owners I know about my experience with this business. Treat others the way you want to be treated!

NEVER AGAIN!!! Word of advice: If you insist on taking the risk of doing business here...DON'T WORK WITH MANDY!!! She's rude, not the least bit customer service friendly, and has no idea what it means when retailers use the term "The customer is always right". They are only friendly with you PRIOR to making the sale...after that, pray everything was done correctly because if not...you'll be getting the "We don't give a S**T" attitude. She has singlehandedly ruined the reputation of that store and I've made that very clear to my office staff seeing as how two of them are looking for dresses. If I were not afraid of jail time or stooping to her level of ignorance, I would've been in the store by now to address her personally. Instead I'm going to take this dress I paid for and advocate on every website and to everyone I know to stay away from this establishment. When I'm not valued or respected as a consumer, I refuse to allow anyone I know to waste their money there.



Our entire bridal party was overcharged for the dresses (which I understand mistakes happen); HOWEVER...on top of being overchagred, I was given an incorrect timeline of the ordering process and the date my card would be charged. I was surprised to see the funds taken out ten days prior to what I was told (which also contradicted the contract we signed). It's been about a week since they were made aware and I have yet to get an email or phone call in response. I left a mesage for the book keeper two days ago and still nothing. I finally called back today and was simply told the book keeper wasn't in on Tuesday when I called. Why give me a return call time frame when clearly she's not there???? They contacted the bride last week but it's MY credit card so I would've liked a call. At this point, it would have been nice if they could have comped us for the inconvenience. Some of us budget our finances quite well and when charges are not taken when they are supposed to be or we are given incorrect information, there's a potential of financial damages to our accounts, which I'm sure the store wouldn't accomodate. I also later found all of our dresses on the website a previous person left in her comment below for less (including the additional length charges).



The store has a decent selection of dresses and they were pretty pleasant to work with during the initial visit but I'm losing confidence in the ordering process and have nightmares of an illfitted overly priced dress that will cost loads of cash to fix. The measurements they gave me put me in a size 16 dress and i'm normally a 10...so i'm pretty sure something is not right. I'm just gping to keep my fingers crossed and keep a fairly priced seamtress/dress maker on standby.

this place is a disgrace. the owner/manager is a RUDE person- and has really poor customer service skills. we literally ran out of the store because we didn't feel like dealing with her disgusting attitude. on top of that, the place felt like a cheap department store. i would not recommend this place to anyone. noone deserves such horrible customer service, especially during such an exciting occasion. don't ruin your bridesmaids dress shopping experience here-- it is fun with the right service and more importantly, attitude.
