He did a jam up job for me. He went over and beyond for me. I think he is well worth the money spent.

This attorney is not even worth being called an attorney. He was paid thousands of dollars to "attempt" to keep my friend out of jail. The prosecution didnt even want her in jail as she just happened to be a victim who made a bad decision to be around the wrong person. He didn't fight for Her, he took the money and she's now still doing time. I will take this to the next step of authority as the only reason she is incarcerated is due to the fact that the evil judge didn't like her and said something along the lines of she couldn't just walk she had to serve something. She had already been to jail for this when it first happened which was about 2 in a half years ago and she was supposed to get time served. They never even calculated the days she already served and she is still sitting in there. A public defender I believe would have fought harder for her than this guy.! This is not

Fair and very heartbreaking for my friend who is still in jail.

Melnick has had my case file for nearly a year and has been paid in full. My family has not been able to move forward from my mother's death because he has not done what he has been paid to do. He does not communicate in a reasonable amount of time. He always has excuses including "I will be out of town". He states that he has done something when he has not (posting in the newspaper). The documents that were filed where outdated. This has been the WORST experience ever. If you want your case to be dragged out for months and years, this is the person to go with. STILL waiting for closure.
