I ordered the 7 foot Resolute Desk replica and bookshelf combination. This was an amazing experience. I was able to choose stain and leather options and get an entirely custom product. The white glove service was wonderful. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Basil really knows how to treat customers. Highly plus rated. I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option.

I've been a business woman myself for over 15 years, so let me say first and foremost, I'm a tough critic when it comes to rating. Here's my review on MBW Furniture...5 stars on all 3 categories! They have great quality furniture for the best prices out of anyone else (I shopped around at dozens of places, from designer furniture stores all the way to IKEA.) And as far as customer service goes - let me tell you what happened. I ordered a sofa for pick up. It was all wrapped up so I didn't bother to unwrap to check if it was the right one. Basil the owner himself checked the order # so I figured we were good to go. We took it home in our U-Haul and when we carried it all the way up 3 flights of stairs and into my apartment, started to unwrap it, noticed it was the completely wrong couch!! I was frustrated as heck, so I called Basil back, explained to him what happened, and wanted it fixed asap. I tried to not be rude, but wanted them to understand this was now a huge frustrating inconvenience of my day. I also didn't want to carry the heavy thing all the way back down and take it back to the store. Basil made it a mission to fix the problem 100% and even went above and beyond what I expected. He called over 10 delivery places to see if any could squeeze 1 more home service same day, had them deliver the right couch within 5 hours, took the wrong one back, AND reimbursed me for my $40 U-haul fee due to inconvenience AND reimbursed me another $150 of what I paid on the couch itself (it ended up being the floor model which I was ok with). He was so sincere and apologetic, and also assured me that this type of mistake never ever happens and it was merely a minor human error of getting 1 digit mixed up in the order. In the end, MBW Furniture handled the situation as best and professional as one could do. I was super happy, thank you guys!!!

I bought a Canopy Bar from MBW Furniture. Before I ordered I emailed the company and was very satisfied with their communication and answers to all my questions. I was told the bar would take around 5 months to build , then it would be shipped to the USA and then delivered. During the build process I was updated often and kept apprised of the build progression. In 5 months the bar was built. It was then shipped to the USA. This took around 6 weeks. Then 2 more weeks to deliver. Was it a long wait? Yes it was. But I knew this going in and was fine with the wait. Was it worth it?
YES IT WAS! This bar is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price and the wait.
Also I was offered a very inexpensive "White Glove" upgrade. Derrick and his crew came and assembled the bar and took away the trash. What an awesome crew! They were very professional but at the same time very down to earth and a pleasure to have in my home!
I give MBW Furniture a glowing 5 star review and recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a bar from MBW for my man cave. SInce this significant purchase I was making through their website I called and worked with a gentleman named Basil Halta. He walked me through the process without any hint of pressure and with genuine purpose of helping me make an informed decision. After a lot of research we made our purchase on February 26th.

This company is based out of Atlanta, GA. Three weeks later they drove my bar up during the blizzard on March 14th that dumped two feet of snow here in the Poconos! How crazy is that?

After I spent hours digging them a trail up to the house Larry and his crew showed up on the 15th and setup my bar in a couple of hours. No small feat if you've seen my driveway...lol. These guys were great and they worked hard! The White Glove service only cost $99 for that setup and after having watched them it was worth every penny and more!
If you are looking for quality solid wood hand-crafted furniture at a very reasonable price I highly recommend you check out MBW Furniture.

The guys at MBW went above and beyond to find me particular light fixtures I wanted that happened to be out of production in the finish I wanted. We ran into various unforeseen circumstances along the way, but the guys at MBW stayed on top of the issues and didn't stop working until everything was resolved. Their assistance was greatly appreciated and I love my light fixtures!

We actually had an item built for us in a custom size. The quality of the work of great and it was exactly the dimensions that we had ordered. It was simply stunning.

I ordered a Bronze statue for a very special birthday for my wife. It took a very long time from the time of the order and the receipt of my statue. I was very nervous due to not being able to see the actual piece in person and the amount of money I was spending on this gift. I could not be happier with the end product. It is a lovely piece of art, arrived in mint condition, fully crated. They took care of all the shipping, including lift gate service to my home. I would rather have it perfect than to have hurried and end up with something I was not happy with. The people were very nice to deal with and responsive. I give them a high recommendation and from me that is special.

They custom built a corner cabinet for me (for my wife's birthday). It is beautiful, very nice quality, correct color, and shipped it safely. I would do business with them anytime they are a great company. Basil was excellent to work with, as was Pamela....Thank you to both and your crew...

horrible place, took months to get a refund on some cheap crap that was poorly made and the quality was way overstated. Customer service was the absolute worst, they did nothing to help and probably ignored several of my calls, I had to call so many times before someone answered the phone, and when they did they did not have any answers on how they were going to resolve my situation. Thieves and crooks is what they are. Do yourself a favor, never shop here, and tell all your friends too.

excellent selection of antiques and home bars - this place has that piece you've been looking for to complete that room (home office in my case), I ordered a couple barrister bookcases, they look amazing and are a perfect fit for my office. This was my second time doing business with MBW, and won't be my last.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a bedroom set and waited 7 months for it (2 months longer than I was told), paid in full, and then was told it would be another 8 wks till they could deliver it. When I expressed my disappointment and questioned the wait, they cancelled my order without asking me and placed it for sale on their website and on ebay for twice what I paid for it. My sales representative that originally took my order, who was very nice, was gone by the time my order arrived in Atlanta and my new sales rep, Robert McGuigan, was the rudest person Ive ever met. Their customer service representative, Joyce Beaver, was nice and tried to help me, but it seems they dont communicate with each other because she told me my order would still be processed after I told them I didnt want it cancelled. Yet when I spoke with the sales rep, he adamantly said it was cancelled and that there would be no further discussion. To top it off, I had a friend inquire about the set through their website, and the CEO himself (Basil Halta) emailed her within 24 hours and told her the set I ordered was in stock and could be shipped immediately- after they told me it would be 8 more weeks!!! The CEO, Basil Halta, would not respond to my emails or phone calls asking him why the set I had bought and waited 7 months for was cancelled and placed for sale on their site, and why I was lied to about the timeline for shipping. I gave them plenty of chances to rectify the situation and ship my my items with no response to my emails or calls except for a customer service rep who seemed to not be aware of the issues or communicate with the rest of the business. THIS IS UN UNETHICAL BUSINESS THAT ESSENTIALLY DID A "BAIT AND SWITCH" ILLEGAL DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
