Great company i been with them for almost 5years.i have been late with payment a couple of times.They worked with me,they always say my name .If you honest with them they will work with you.I like the crew that worked there.........

Ok for the most part. Nice staff except for one there who I dread when she calls about late payment. She's very condescending and rude talks down to you, always with an attitude like you're late on purpose. Some things come before loan when I'm strapped but I do always pay late fee and all so they get their money and some and I've renewed. Renewal's easy too no hassle.

Horible company! Try never to be late with a payment unless you want to look up and see some unprofessional person at your front door from Freeman Finance harassing you about a payment. Or worse than that, the sam unprofessional person show up at your job. If this happens, please call 911.

I don't know what the other reviewer said about bad customer service, but that is not the case. I was referred to Freeman Finance by Aamco Transmissions off of North Decatur Road as an option for a BIG repair bill. The lady who answered the phone (Rita) was very polite, happy, and helpful every time I called (like your grandmother may be for instance). You don't even have to fill out an application--you can do it over the phone because they ask basic questions and get the rest from your credit check. 24 hours TOPS of waiting for an approval and they said that they approve just about ANYONE as long as you didn't JUST come out of bacruptcy or are CURRENTLY in consumer credit counseling. Once approved, you come in and get that check and then handle your business.They do all types of loans even just for Holiday shopping.I recommend them especially if you have an UNEXPECTED car repair bill.
