Founded in 1901 the Owasco Country Club is home to a beautiful private nine hole golf course with eighteen challenging tee boxes, beautiful tennis courts, and a gourmet dining facility. Owasco Country Club also boasts a friendly, family oriented atmosphere. The club is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region on the beautiful northern shore of Owasco lake. The course is known for its challenging layout, undulated and fast poanna greens, and manicured fairways. In addition, a state of the art Toro irrigation system was installed in 2005, enhancing the overall beauty and quality of the course. The attached practice facility consists of a large, wide driving range, as well as separate chipping and putting greens. Owasco Country Club is also home to two lighted har-tru clay tennis courts located adjacent to the clubhouse porch. The 100 year old stately clubhouse provides exquisite dining overlooking the pristine waters of Owasco Lake. The restaurant offers both a casual tavern setting as well as fine dining, and is a prime choice for weddings and other banquet events.
