        Very thorough, professional and fair. When our septic pump alarm went off, we contacted G & N. They came out the same day and showed up exactly on-time. They performed a thorough investigation of the issue, found the root cause and corrected the problem on the spot. The entire time they were diagnosing and correcting the issue, they were educating my wife and I on how our system works and how it should be maintained. Couldn't be happier - they will get our pumping and repair work in the future.
