Hoff Frame and Collision

I will leave you my name. I have no fear of giving any recommendation for this shop.Randy Hoff is one of the most honest repair shops I have ever dealt with. He has saved me hundreds, if not maybe $1,000 dollars. When other shops have told me that I needed expensive work, Randy reviewd the car and told me that it was just not the case. In one instance, a shop told me that I needed a whole new control arm and associated parts. They wanted to charge me almost $700. Randy looked at it and said it was just a bushing. He replaced it and charged me about $35.00.He has saved me many $$$ in other instances, as well. I was so shocked by the review by NBT that I can only assume he has the shop mixed up, or he runs a competitor's shop. There is no other explanation.This shop is honest. They perform quality work. And they charge a fair price.Drew Paterson

buyer beware. this guy is sooooooo greedy and self centered that i was left with a very clear mental picture of him on the verge of going out of business. i have heard from others who know this guy on a professional level and they wont bring him any more work because his greed is sooo over powering. i see this guy scamming many people out of their insurance money and taking off. i didnt even get to see the work he did with ot a check in hand. when i asked to see it a day before it was done, he lied to me and said his son had to go to the emergency room and he was unable to let me in. now that i have a check, he wants all his money first and the car outside before i get to look at it. then all he has to do is close the door on me and im screwed. there is something wrong with this guy and i cant quite put it into words. i only want to warn others because i am figuring out that he is probably almost washed up and is looking to take down as many as he can with him. i will write again to l
