Frankies Appliance Repair

I have used them 2 times. Both times they come out the same day, professional and polite. For my most recent visit Jerry was on time..within minutes he found the problem with my washer. He left because he needed to find the part. He called me back within the hour said he had the part and could come out the same day and was accommodating to my schedule. When he came to replace the part he did it in a matter of minutes. I will keep their number on hand for my next appliance repair needs!

These guys are THE BEST in the business. It just so happened I had to call them twice for my refrigerator ...both times on a Sunday! Jerry was so polite, professional, and he was at our home WITHIN an HOUR!!!! I looked up the price of the replacement part w/ GE Appliances...online it was $192...he charged only $156.59 total!! No extra fee for Sunday service! This is only my 2nd online review of any business; however, I thought it was very important to let everyone know how good these guys are. We will be very loyal customers!

I am a property manager with GMI. A tenant called me on a Sunday about his fridge not working. The tenants just had a baby so it was important to have the fridge working for the formula/medications. I told the tenant to not get their hopes up as I have had no luck in getting anyone out on a weekend to repair appliances in the past. I called Frankies Appliance Repair and did not have to explain the situation to Jerry. He was out within 3 hours and got the fridge going again. No overtime charges, just the $40 which was deducted from the final relay repair. Very easy to work with and so far, dependable. Thanks Jerry.

They show up when they say they will, do the job and offer great rates. Anytime I need appliance repair the only ones I'll call will definately be them!
