Mission Funeral Home

Mission was a disappointment. A bumbling staff who showed little empathy for our grief, was not able to answer many of our questions, and fumbled with words when bringing the graveside service to a close. A small parking lot. The feeling that we were being rushed out after the vigil service. The claim that the funeral home's staff is bilingual. I would hate to inconvenience Mission with our business again. With so many other fine funeral homes in Austin, I won't let Mission Funeral Home let me down again.
