Unfortunately when an inquiry about a pick up on Memorial Day was made because there was no pick up at my house -- all I got is that "we did have pick up that day and when did you have the garbage out -- e can't pick up till Monday". The prior Monday we were out of town, therefore, we did not have our can out and on Memorial Day we were at home all day and there was no pick up. The overall service has been good, too bad you were not able assist when the need was there... but glad you are able to cash the quarterly check payments in a timely manner. Disappointed but what can you do.
