This business owner, is not giving out accurate TAX advice. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS GUY.. Not truthful, honest or professional. ..I WON'T GET INTO what exactly happen to us, it was not an good experience with this company. All I can say...WATCH OUT

I hired Sunny to help me get life insurance a few years ago. Recently, I had to switch banks and called Sunny to update what bank account my life insurance was auto-drafting from. He said I just needed to give him the bank info from the check which I did over the phone. A month later when I went to close the old account, it was still auto-drafting from it and I now owed $75! Also, I received a letter from my life insurance policy that it had been canceled because it was never paid. Sunny never made the switch and now my life insurance is dropped and I owed $75 to my bank. I called to tell him this and he said it was all my fault and that I should have given him a voided check (info he never told me in our first conversation) and that he wasn't paying the $75. He didn't care how long I had done business with him or care about my business in general. He doesn't care about his customers and isn't good at his job. If he can't handle switching my banks for life insurance I can't imagine what mistakes he would make in his bookeeping and tax service.

I was told over the phone that my tax preparation would cost between $80 and $100. The total bill, after the preparation was done was $269. I understand a little mistake of a few dollars, but $170??? I don't effing think so. Since my returns were already filed, I was stuck paying it. On top of this, he told me he would give me a great deal on an amendment I had to make on my 2009 returns, which was a very simple process. So I ran home, got my returns, and after a bit of delay, for no apparent reason, he proposed at fee of $250. Joking? I told him no, so he tried for about ten minutes to tell me that I didn't know what I was doing, asked what I thought would be a good price and then told me to come back when I was ready to pay his insane fees. I will never, ever go back there, nor would I recommend him to anybody. By the way, it was April 11, just a few days before the end of the tax season, and his office was completely empty for the entire two hours I was there. Doesn't that tell you that nobody goes there? I should have read through the lines and gone somewhere else.
