Do not support this cleaners! I had a new zipper put on an expensive pair of designer jeans. I pick the jeans up, put them on 3 days later and realized the zipper would not zip. I took them back along with the tag they pin to your clothes when making some type of alteration so that there was no issue of where it came from. However I wasn’t worried about it b/c their records would show they were just picked up recently. I take the jeans back and they decide it’s not stitched up correctly at the bottom. They call me an hour later to pick them up. I pick them up - get home - try on jeans and now the zipper is stuck won’t even move let alone zip. I take them back again. The tailor starts yelling and screaming half English - half foreign language that she did not do the work. Now I’m thinking this is insane, so with patience I say check your system - see that you did the work and refund me my money b/c this is crazy. She refuses to check her records or put a new zipper on and says I have to wait to talk to owner. So I suggest calling him and letting him solve this by phone. No I have to come back in 2 hours. What!!!!!! I will never support them again. I’m a recurring customer - they have done plenty work before. This particular time the work is done incorrectly. Just fix it or give me my money back!!!!! I’m trying at this very moment to get results!!!! Do not support this cleaners!
