AT&T

All the guys are so helpful there. I could probably go anywhere for cell phone service, but AT&T knows how to treat their customers. They even have a guy who speaks Spanish for customers who need it. How's that for service?

I was traveling and forgot my car charger and stopped by this store to purchase another one. The young lady salesperson checked my phone and sold me the charger, however, only after I left and tried the charger did I realize it didn't work. I stopped by another store only to find out that it was the "wrong one" and they no longer carried this model in the stores. Because the charger didn't fit, it damaged the phone and I had to purchase another phone.

I suggest having the managers of each store properly train the salesperson(s) on equipment for the phones. If salespersons are not sure of the equipment...Ask??
