Chang's House

I have been coming here for years, have always had a good experience until the last three times. Not sure if their under new management or not but orders have not been good. The prices have gone up, some young kid at the counter was not polite at all. Ordered double meat, was told that is seven dollars more, ok the order had very little meat and double rice. Third time is a charm. Will Not Go Here Again.
