First State Bank & Trust

Apparently they will close your account if you reach 0.00 and not notify you about it. I went and deposited a check, they accepted it, never said a word about them closing my account (while charging me $5 to reopen it) and also never let me know that it would take a couple days for my debit card to work again. I called and talked to someone that same day about my card not working, they supposedly fixed it, still never let me know why my card wasn't working. Later that day tried to use my card again and once again it didn't work. Called the next day and "supposedly" got it fixed again and was told that my card would now work. Tried using it AGAIN and nothing. Called once more and they told me I wouldn't be able to use my money until the following day. I talked to multiple people and obviously no one knew what they were talking about. The "manager" kept trying to refer me to a teller that I had spoken with. Not to mention, this is not the first time they have screwed with my account. A couple months prior my name was on a list of people that they had messed up the amounts of money in our accounts. I have never been so dissatisfied with a bank or a collective group of people. Don't waste your time and money. They will mess up your account, not notify you when things are going on with your account (even if they have 4 opportunities availiable to), and try and hit you with hidden fees. Like I said before, don't waste your time.
