It was a terrible experience. His firm said my foreclosure would take 8 months at the longest and it took five years. In the beginning they hardly or really never came to the phone or called me back when I wanted to know what was going on and it taking so long. A girl would answer and take my message and I would never get called back. That's when a filed a complaint with the Florida bar. They still don't answer the phone and it just hangs up on you. When I received my check from the county it took forever to get it from the attorney. They said it went to their office and they moved so they have to get another check cut. They also thought they had put my case in the calendar three times to be auctioned off. They gave me the date and I looked it up and it was never in the schedule to be auctioned. They blamed it on the county that they forgot or made a mistake in posting it for auction. So that cost me a extra three to six months of waiting for case to end. Everything was bad with this experience. Also now I have my check and it's 8000 short of what the house sold for with no explanation of where the 8000 went to. I already paid the attorney so why is my check 8000 short. I'm trying to get them on phone now and once again the phone just hangs up. I've e mailed them and left messages and they haven't called me back . I guess I have to go to the bar again and file a complaint again.
