Being new here in Baytown, my husband and I were looking for a decent Chinese fast food place to stand in for our favorite Chinese fast food place back in our hometown. We went inside and ordered our food to go. It wasn't busy at all, so the wait wasn't very long, maybe 15 minutes, and our food was made fresh. We ordered a quart of sweet and sour chicken, a two-entree combo meal with pepper steak and garlic shrimp and an order of chicken fried rice.



The sweet and sour chicken is not bad, it's the usual fried chicken pieces with the sweet red sauce on the side and comes with a pint of steamed white rice on the side.



The combo plate comes with an eggroll, which was crispy without being greasy and delicious. The pepper steak is good too, although you get way more green peppers and onions than steak in an order, but that has always been my experience at Chinese restaurants when ordering pepper steak. The garlic shrimp is pretty good, spicy but not too spicy with at least 10 medium-sized shrimps that were juicy and delicious, not bland and rubbery as they can sometimes be at places like this.



The chicken fried rice was delicious, and my favorite dish. They mix up big pieces of chicken with seasoned rice, cabbage, carrots, peas, and onions. I loved it as is, but most of the veggies are big enough to pick out or around if you don't like them.



When we asked for some Sriracha to go, the guy hooked it up and gave us like five of those little to-go ramekins full of hot sauce. All in all, we really enjoyed the food here and have found our new place to grab fast Chinese food that is close to home and yummy.
