Jemco Corporation has been designing and manufacturing molds for the Rubber Industry for over 30 years. With this experience comes the ability to produce virtually any mold our customers require. Whether it be compression, transfer, or injection, we can design and build the tooling. Tell us your needs, send us your sample part or drawing or drop by our shop in BEACON FALLS, CT. We will be glad to discuss your requirements. Jemco has the facilities and personnel to meet your demands, whether it be a small prototype mold, or a precision rework, we can do the job. We can handle plate sizes up to 42" X 42" and turn lengths up to 48". With our CAD system, we can reverse engineer from a sample part and create and mold prints. The CAD allows us to quickly and accurately layout a tool so we can troubleshoot a design before any actual machining is done. In addition to our computerized capabilities, our manual millers and lathes, in the capable hands of our skilled machinists, can produce any of your molds or tooling needs. Our experienced machinists are completely trained professional mold makers. Jemco has complete in-house welding and Blanchard and surface grinding capabilities to facilitate mold rework or repair.
