Boston Store

I like the store and its merchandise but, when sales are in effect, some departments, especially the shoe department is woefully understaffed. One salesperson cannot adequately handle all customers well.

As a result, I observed many people simply giving up and walking away.

Understaffing on sales days is counter-productive. I want to see Beaver Dam Boston Store do well but management is doing a disservice to the community when this type of short-sightedness is used.
