John Sparrow Asphalt Paving

This is the worst company I could have hired to seal my asphalt drive way. The asphalt is still being tracked into my home after 2 and a half weeks. It is a big mess on my driveway. I have contacted him twice and he keeps putting me off with a bunch of b s . Unless you want a big mess don,t hire John Sparrow paving.

I am writing this in advance of any work being done by John Sparrow so please keep that in mind. I made a apptointment with him for an estimate and he showed us 5 mins early. Right on time in my book. John was personable and helpful. He did not 'rush off' but stayed until I was satisfied he knew what I want done. He gave me a 'quote' for the work and I may hire him to do pave our driveway. If I do hire John I will write a review when the job is finished.Thank you.

I called to get an estimate. The gentleman, Daniel Sparrow the owner's brother showed up and gave me an estimate. After getting several other estimates I decided to let Sparrow do my driveway. I called them back to schedule a time but they had no clue who I was. After several minutes they said that they would do my driveway and call me back to schedule a time to drop off a contract. After several weeks with no call back, I called them. They still had no clue who I was. After explaining to them again they said they would come by on Saturday to sign the contract. They never showed or call. After 5 more days Daniel Sparrow showed up and left the contract with my wife. He said his truck broke down and that is why he didn't show up on Saturday. So I sign the contract and call them back. Guess what. They didn't know who I was. So after explaining to them who I was and what work needed to be done, again, they said they would come by and pick up the contract and schedule a time to do my driveway. I left the contract in my mailbox and they picked it up. After two weeks of not hearing from them, I called them back. I spoke with John Sparrow, who didn't know who I was, and he said that he and his brother no longer worked together but he would come do my driveway within a couple of weeks. It has now been over three weeks and I have not heard back from him. How do idiots like this stay in business? I guess he has more business than he can handle and doesn't need my money.
