Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We have never used Roto-Rooter before our clogged drain issue. I cannot express enough how please I was with every aspect of company. Our service man was Hasan A. (5506) He called when he was on the way and was very polite and listened to our problem and did a great job fixing it and cleaning up his work area. The fair cost of the bill is also a very nice suprise factor. I hope I never have to call again but I would not hesitate to use them again and request our serviceman or to recommend to anyone else. Very happy—Thank you!

We get tree roots growing in our clay pipes. RR is always quick, courteous and able to solve our root problem. Steven was pleasant and gave tips to help keep the pipes clean. We will continue to use RR and hope to have Steven as our technician again!

Eric was out serviceman and he was fantastic! He came to the house about an hour after we called and got our run unclogged with in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend Eric and will use Roto Rooter again based on our great first experience!!

Don the plumber was beyond great. I explained our issues with two sinks not working. He was very good and I felt like I had my father here doing the work. He fix all the issues and we are back in business. Would not hesitate to call them back for any other work. Money well spent

Found water backed up in the basement from the floor drain. Never have we experienced this at this house. Nicholaus Muncie with Roto Rooter came out and cleaned the pipes out with the jet. He was very professional and courteous. Explained things very well to me as my husband was not home. I recommend Roto Rooter to any and all with sewer problems!

This excellent review is based on the second responder who arrived Saturday morning and not the first responder who arrived on Friday night. The first responder was polite but he was obviously inexperienced. The second responder was an experienced plumber. He was friendly yet very efficient and he deserves this first-class review.

Garrett was very polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and explained all about the clogged pipe, what causes it, and what to do in the future to help prevent it from happening again. He was prompt and worked quickly getting the job done well. He did an excellent job and because of his service we've decided to use Roto-Rooter for all of our plumbing needs.

First time using Roto Rooter and from now on I won't call anyone else! Basement bathroom backed up into the laundry room and water was everywhere. Made a call to Roto Rooter and was told they're available 24/7. I figured we would be charged a premium becuase it was Sunday night at 7PM. To my suprise there was no additional charge! I was told someone would be at my house within an hour, Reggie was there in about 30 minutes and quickly assesed the situation and within minutes I was given a clear explanation of what caused the problem and quote for the repair. I gave him the go and he quickly got to work. He completed the job in less than an hour and even cleaned up the mess! Reggie saved the day! He was beyond friendly and professional and hopefully I never have to call for another repair but if I do I will request him. Thank you Reggie and Roto Rooter!
