Medical Weight Loss
My answer to this question is both no and yes. First, the laser is only helping you lose pockets of fat tissue, so it’s not overall contributing to weight loss, nor does it actually make you healthier. The laser is not designed to make you lose weight, and you must actually be around a BMI of 30 or under in order for the laser to work optimally.

Gynecology
Gynecology patients may sign a records release at their new gynecology office and have it faxed to 618-236-7565 or mail it to the office address below. Emails are unmonitored.
Obstetrics
After giving up obstetrics, I investigated other services I could offer my patients. I sampled a ton of laser devices and underwent many various laser treatments myself. There's nothing like being your own guinea pig! My goal was to find something that actually works, something with clear benefits for my patients. I hate it when I get suckered into purchasing something that doesn't really work and then feel ripped off. I practice medicine the same way. If I don't think a gynecologic surgery or drug is going to help your medical problem, I'm going to discourage you from having the procedure or using the drug.

Plastic Surgeons

Liposuction
If you are looking for more exaggerated results, this laser procedure will not achieve those goals for you and you will be disappointed. Liposuction and tummy tuck perhaps are a better option. SculpSure offers more subtle results and is ideal for the person who wants to minimize downtime.
Body Contouring
I am a retired obstetrician/gynecologist who started working with aesthetic lasers after retiring from the delivery of babies in 2005. My first laser was my laser workstation to perform laser hair removal, vein treatments, pigment removal and facial skin revitalization. Over the subsequent years, I expanded my laser offerings to include laser tattoo removal and body contouring. I have been fascinated with the explosion of new aesthetic laser treatments that have enabled us to minimize patient downtime. Most of us don't want to have something done only to be embarrassed to go out in public for several days with a red, splotchy face. We love having these treatments and the results they bring, but we don't want everyone to know that we had something cosmetic done to ourselves.
Cosmetic Surgery
I do laser treatments; I neither do cosmetic surgery, nor do I perform injections of neurotoxins and fillers. While I know how to do the latter, I have chosen to concentrate on working with my lasers. If you seek surgical revision, then a plastic surgeon is who you need to address your concerns.

Laser Removal of Pigmented Lesions – Sunspots and age spots and freckles be gone! Sun damage catches up with us over time and it shows on our hands, face and décolletage. Laser can help to address these problem areas.
