Springdale Lake

When me and my Daughter went and looked at a place we were under the impression that we only had to pay lot rent, trailer payment, and lights, I was not told I had to pay water and sewage ( since I live on a limited budget) I have to pay careful attention to my funds). Both the water and sewage are very high. The lights were very expensive. The trailer park was a nice place to live, but the rules were a joke. and they hound you for 1-.99 cents if you miss it on the payment because they say they cannot put it into the computer, but yet they can put an over payment into the computer, that does not make any sense to me, does it to you??
