Really bad food and service.

Sat 4 of us went to dinner celebrating a Birthday and a Friend leaving Bend. We ordered Prime Rib (2) which we could not eat it was undercooked sent it back still not cooked, was slimey and tasteless potato undercooked and veg, Pot pie way to salty and Steak salad overcooked.Service very poor could not tell us specials and never asked what was the matter when she saw us put it in a box for the chickens.Wont be going back to pine tavern anymore.

Have had great prime rib dinner in the past. Tonight went light and tried a fish sandwich. Great fish sandwich, try it, you will like it.

How can you not like the Pine Tavern. It is a must when you go to Bend. If you go on a nice summer day be sure to sit outside in their courtyard.

Founded in 1936, Pine Tavern Restaurant serves lunch and dinner and offers bar services. The restaurant features a riverside dining room, outdoor patio and full-service lounge. Its dinner menu includes appetizers, salads, pasta and hormone-free, grain-fed Oregon Country beef items. Its salad menu includes Northwest smoked salmon, traditional cobb, southwestern and Asian chicken salads. The restaurant offers a variety of prime rib and steaks, such as high-desert highlander, top sirloin, and grilled prawns and filet mignon with bleu cheese butter. Located in Bend, Ore., it offers a varied dessert selection that includes sky-high mud pie, vanilla cr me brulee, coffee almond crunch, death by chocolate, house-made fruit cobbler, West Coast cheesecake and Dessert in a Glass. Its children's menu includes hot dogs, grilled cheese, chicken strips and other ready-to-eat food items. Pine Tavern Restaurant s specialty dishes include fresh salmon, chicken marsala and sourdough scones with honey butter.
