        MY FAVORITE ITALIAN RESTAURANT!!! I LIVE IN NEW ORLEANS AND LOOK FORWARD TO MY VISITS TO THE LEHIGH VALLEY, SO THAT I CAN ENJOY THE CLAM CHOWDER AND SEAFOOD AT SAL'S. GREAT FOOD!!!

        The owner of this restaurant is RUDE. I needed to cater a party I was hosting and I called him two weeks in advance at which point he told me he was too busy to speak to me and I should call back a week later. I did call back a few days later and he told me the same thing...he was too busy to speak to me. Now I'm left with a party for 75 in 4 days and no food as of yet.

        I've been here twice and plan to go often. It is small, cozy,informal, and no pretense. The food is excellent. Others in my party thought it wonderful. I had the Veal Marsalla and loved it. Complementary wine and a friendly staff.
