Food was good, atmosphere was good, and waiter was nice when he seldomly came around. I ordered a water but tea was brought instead. I asked again for water and even though I received it, the tea was left and we were charged for it. The waiter never offered refills and seemed to stay distracted. He wasn't that busy since there were only 2 other tables occupied other than ours and had a waitress taking care of them mostly. He didn't deserve a tip in my opinion, but my husband said to at least leave him a little one. So I did. I left a cash tip. My husband paid with our card and specifically put on the ticket $0 for the tip slot. For a couple of days I couldn't figure out why my bank ledger and our bank balance were not matching but after looking through our print out from the bank I noticed that there was our first initial charge, then another one from them for $10 more and then a credit placed back in our account for the initial amount. So without our consent they charged us for a $10 tip! The food is great, but I recommend taking cash to pay for your meal because apparently you cannot trust them to be honest with running your card info! I for one will NEVER go back!!

I usually don't feel compelled to right a review, but this restaurant is well worth it. When I walked in the cantina a sweet, attractive hostess walked us to our table as we were surrounded by the exquisite atmosphere and detail of the restaurant. After gawking at everything around us our food arrives in a traditional stone plate where the food was tastefully placed. I ordered steak and enchilidas that blew my taste buds away!! That just so happened to fit nicely with the fantastic margarita. It was the best restaurant that my date could have picked to go to. The atmosphere was so exciting, fun and sexy! The manager, Matt Norman even stopped by our table and explained the fascinating details about the hand made chairs, tables, and stars. This was the first Mexican restaurant that I've been to that the servers could actually speak English well. Absolutely LOVED it!!
