Started going to schooners when we used to camp at moraine view state park. We don't go to moraine view anymore, but we do occasionally drive all the way from Kankakee just to get schooners tenderloins...well worth the trip, even bring friends with us occasionally, always leave satisfied!!! (and usually with leftovers)...great corn fritters too!!!

Giant tenderloin is like eating card board the buns look and taste like the ones from ALDI, and they charge you if you need another crappy bun. People say there onion rings are the best in town if you like to swallow a tablespoon of oil with every ring, the greasiest onion rings I've ever tasted, they make me sick to my stomach, never again. Wings are good, but they don't cut the wings at the joint and leave the tips on and you pay per the pound, what a rip off. And for the service, it's like they just got hired, the servers don't even know there menu that well. It's more of a local dive.

Good quality for the price

When my wife used a walker we were able to get into the restaurant. Now that she is in a wheel chair it is impossible to get her into the restaurant. I think the city ought to require that all eating places be wheel chair accessible!

A local favorite of mine

Wings are about the best in the BN area.
