I love this place! I go at 7AM in the morning and there are plenty of open spots to work out on whatever you want. The people are friendly and the gym is very clean. The massage chairs and tables are worth the extra money and a great way to relax after working out. I highly recommend you check this place out if looking for a fitness center.

I went into to inquire about a membership and quickly decided it's not for me. First off the place is tiny and crazy cramped. There were no open treadmills or crosstrainers and people were literally running into each other and me as they tried to navigate around the gym. The members looked trashy and a couple were yelling and arguing by the front desk. When I talked with they guy I was under the impression the 20 a month membership was not a contract but it was and when I read it there was a 39 yearly fee. Even if it really was a month to month membership I wouldn't of signed up so no hard feelings however I don't know why someone doesn't report these guys for misleading advertising. Also the gym design and Decor is wicked tacky and I'm not sure if it was that or the loud members but I left with a headache.

Cancelled our membership yesterday because it's just way too crowded. That and the quality of members has gone downhill since the grand opening and my husband and I are no longer comfortable with the clientele. At first we didn't mind waiting for a treadmill but the circuit machines are now cramped with inconsiderate hillbillies and mobile home owners who are disrespectful. I understand you should expect some riff raff for only ten bucks a month, but it's like they signed up every mobile home owner in independence and oak grove. That and the trainer lady was short and rude with us and wasn't very helpful answering our questions.
