I had Rick Zirbel from Profess...

I had Rick Zirbel from Professional Edge come out to my home and clean my windows. He tried to pull a “bait and switch” on me telling me he would need me to pay an extra $74 to use his “special” window solution. I told him no thanks and that we had agreed on a “all included” price. From then on he scratched EVERY WINDOW on the back of my house. Not just a few scratches here and there. 100′s on all of my large windows( 7×7, 6×3). When I noticed how much damage he had caused, I told him to stop immediately. Rick told me that this is why he has insurance and that he would do whatever he can to make this situation right. I called his insurance company, and they don’t cover this type of damage. Now I have to press charges against Rick and have my homeowners insurance go after him for the thousands of dollars in damage he caused to my windows. I would not represent Rick or his company if I were you. He is a shady person that deliberately caused damage after I wouldn’t pay him more money. Just thought you would like to know the type of person you are representing.

Dear Reader, No doubt the words that were written in this review you found to be shocking and disturbing, but before you draw a conclusion of me and my company, please allow me to fill in the details that this review has conveniently left absent. I sincerely regret Johnroad's dissatisfaction with my company, however I still stand by both the service and workmanship I performed for him and his family on April 28, 2011. Please be assured that I made every reasonable effort to resolve Johnroad's complaint with the scratches found on his windows and also took appropriate steps to show my commitment to giving superior customer service in the following ways. I allowed him to inspect the very tool he accused of causing the scratches (he did not identify any defect in the tool when he held it). I invited him to use this tool for himself on my vehicle's glass to show that they don't scratch (which he refused). I patiently listened without retaliating as he and other guests present at the time of the service cursed, insulted and threatened me to my face. I also tried to explain the logical reason scratches exist on windows as well as possible solutions he could take to correct these conditions (which was met with ridicule). Foremost of all, I genuinely endeavored to show my sincerity by following through on my company's 100%, no-strings attached, satisfaction guarantee. Johnroad was not asked to pay one penny (not even for the work done on his home that he was satisfied with). However, despite this expensive run-in with Johnroad, I would like to reassure all new and current clients that your risk free guarantee will continue to be in effect. We value your business and believe that most people are honest and desire nothing but satisfying service. This is the risk we take, so that you have no risks. If you as a homeowner are shocked and want to know the "rest" of the story, you are welcome to call me at 208-703-6080 and I'll be happy to explain as well as provide a full report, if you wish, as well as multiple character references of clients who actually know me and can testify as to my real character. Clients with whom I personally still clean for since I opened for business in 2008. Recently, this individual filed a complaint against us to the Better Business Bureau. After hearing both sides of the story, the BBB issued this statement. "The BBB has determined that the response from your company addresses the disputed issues and exhibits a good faith to resolve the complaint. Therefore the BBB has decided to close the complaint." I hope this response has at least shown you that we're a real company that stands behind our word and our workmanship. Yes, you do deserve to do business with a company like that.
