Roof Cleaning, roof is clean but not satisfied with appearance, Asked company to return and look at additional work required, still waiting. would not recommend this company to anyone.

We used Roof America for our roof cleaning in February and I would not recommend them. The work order and guarentee specifically state they will remove all debris and this was not the case. We had moss blown in our grass in the front yard and piles of moss debris in the front and back yard just off the lawn areas. . When we called the first time he said he would come back out to finish the promised cleanup but he never showed, and when another call was made a month later to them, we were told he would call us back but we are still waiting. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Roof America cleaned our roof in october. Id have to say they did an amazing job. Our roof looks like new and the service from beginning to end was incredible. The cleaners that actually did the work were very polite, and treated my home with respect. The cleanup was fantastic and we were walked around our home to make sure nothing was missed when the job was over. The sales person never asked us for a penny before the job started and the cleaners didnt even try to ask for a check when they were done. I felt very confident with every step they did and I would recommend them to any friend or neighbor that needs this service.
