Period Furniture Hardware Co

This store has great materials for period furniture. You can find good stuff, but Customer Service is indifferent and without care. I had purchased hardware for several chests. 2 knobs were damaged in moving. I sent in a sample to be matched in August They sent wrong items, didn't apologize, slow (or no) call-backs, inattentive delays, and to cap it off, they asked me to pay to get the right ones shipped back to me. It's now five months later and I still don't have the knobs. I conclude 1) Slow follow-through. 2) Wrong-item wrong finish. No apologies. 3) No desire to Make It Right and fulfill promises. .
