        My son had a relatively new IPhone5 and he was dropping calls regularly. The Boulder Apple store gave him a run-around on two separate occasions. I was forced to call AT&T and Apple to ensure that he is given a new Phone - which is under warranty. The entire matter has not been resolved yet....and will be happy to retract this less than favorable review if he is treated with some respect and an apology is forthcoming. He will be making a 3rd trip to their store this week. Feel like we are working for Apple and AT&T. Thanks
