Extended Stay America - Boston - Braintree

This was one of the WORST hotels I have ever stayed in. It cost 140.00 for the night and wasn't worth one penny. The room was average and when I requested extra pillows I was questioned why, and then when I explained that I am handicapped and needed them for my hip, I was told that I HAD TO COME AND GET THEM AT THE FRONT DESK! When my fiance went to get them, he had to wait 15 minutes, because someone had to go to a different part of the hotel to get them. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the bathroom less than desirable. Spend the extra 20.00 and go to the Sheraton Braintree - that is a FANTASTIC hotel. I would have stayed there but they were booked!
