This was great until you have a claim. If you like a Christmas card every year for decades of premiums without a claim, you’ll like it. If you ever have a claim, you’re on your own. No follow up after an accident to see if you and your family are okay. I feel like I was duped for my loyalty when I could have had cheaper insurance. State Farm and particularly the Nolte office are not good neighbors and aren’t there when you need them. You’ll get ahold of someone if you need to pay your premium, but good luck when you have another question or need guidance. Shamefully disappointing. This is not the office it once was. Everett used to care.
