Sears Auto Center

stay away from this terrible dishonest place,i went to there for tie balance , after waiting over 2 hours for them to balance tie, I was told by a front desk guy that all of my 4 tires are bad , they will replace 4 tires for over $597.this crook was trying to rip me off.I walked away, went to another auto repair shop, had a honest mechanic checked my tires, he told me only two front need to be replaced, i paid $145 dollar to get two brand new ties. do not waste your money in this sears auto center, they are dishonest, overpriced, a dark hair front desk woman is nasty, she told me they will charge $125 for only check AC status without recharge AC.what a Bxxxh! there are some other cheaper good auto repair shops in town.this is defiantly not a auto repair shop you can trust.

After thanksgiving i went to sears at 9pm to buy my mechanic toolset box from 220pc. When i finaly got to the register thy had problems with thy'r register and can only accept credit cards, since i got a suncoast debit card thy say thy cannot run it , nor run it as debit ... so the person behind the register left off and let me w8 over 30 mins there and was still not back. A other register person saw me for me to pay my product. And when she was done with my payment she gave me 3 receipts, so i thought i got my receipt from proof of perhase, when i got home i was putting all sockets and wrenges and all of that in order in the box , thats where i seen that i had 2x the same socket and 1 socket missing , so than i look at the receipts i had and it was all comercial receipt , shop again get 5$off from 50$ , get 10% off xmass items .. and just bla bla receip ... no proof of pherchase. So i go back to SEARS ... and thy send me to the office, and thy cannot pull no record of that i bought anything from thy'r store O.O i even said if thy need to see my bank statement and thy'r answer was , that will not help us ! well now i need to see if i can exchange my socket from craftman itselfs !!! VERRY UNPLEASED with thy'r costomer service !!!!!!!!!"
