Horrible experience! Did not provide the service I asked for. She ended up shaving areas of my dog despite my multiple and adamant requests not shave her before service began! She was unprofessional and unapologetic when I expressed my dissatisfaction in her service. I do not recommend.
I have the most uncooperative cocker spaniel that ever lived. Most groomers require that he be sedated. I called Brick Mobile Dog Grooming to try to avoid sedation. Marley was done to perfection and wasn't stressed out for the rest of the day. No sedation and done in 90 minutes compared to hours at a dog grooming place. I'm definitely having him groomed by Jackie from now on.
It would be helplful when giving a less than satisfactory review if the reasons were given. For someone looking for this service we need all the help we can get in making a decision.

Provided by SuperpagesMy dog spent 4 nights out in the freezing cold weather because I brought my 3 dogs there on Saturday 12-10-11 to be groomed and for some reason after they were groomed she decided to walk them. My precious Elana ran away from them because after her grooming they did not tighten her collar, which common sense tells me, less hair, collar is going to be too big. The worse part was they didn't even have the nerve to call us and say our dog ran away. I had to find out when I arrived to pick them up that she has been missing for an hour already. We spent 4 days handing out flyers and posting lost dog signs and finally all the work paid off. Someone spotted her behind the same plaza she went missing from. When we received the call we raced over there and found Elana hiding in a run off drain behind the plaza. Please for the sake and safety of your pets DO NOT BRING YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE! As far as the cuts all three dogs look like they were cut with dull blades. Their hair is chopped up.
My dog Fluffy looked incredible! Was so happy after grooming she didn't want the groomer, Janis, to leave. The price was resonable and the service was excellant. She smelled great for weeks and weeks!
We have been using Brick Pet salon for 4 years now.
They are reasonably priced compared to other grooming services.
They are extremely friendly and caring to the animals.
My dogs look beautiful when I pick them up.

Provided by SuperpagesOne of the best places in the area for pet grooming. I've been to a few other places, but my dog has always looked her best coming out Brick Pet Salon. They are very friendly and professional and they definitely know what they are doing. Trust them to give your pet an excellent grooming job. I'm glad I found them.

Provided by SuperpagesI had been to the big chain pet store groomers & had a mobile unit come to me & the grooming looked like doodoo compared to this place. I have two dogs & a cat & have never had my pets look better than when I took them here. The staff is exceptional with handling them & I feel comfortable knowing my pets are in hands of these women who care about them like I do. EXCELLENT Service & Price, Thanks Girls
