Kuchma Corporation

Philip Kuchma, a realtor and landlord of the Kuchma Corporation is the most vile and disrespectful man I have ever met in my life. While my sister and I were renting at the apartments at 323 Fairfield Ave in Bridgeport CT, we were subjected to his unfair treatment, rude and unprofessional language, temper tantrums, and sexual harassment.We had to call the police on him several times to get him to stop coming by our house without notice to check on things in our bedrooms and bathrooms, only to be told after two minutes of his inspection that there were no problems, and that he just wanted to make sure we were comfortable.He would constantly tell my sister and I how beautiful we are, he would stand within inches from our faces, so close that we could smell his disgusting breath which was a blend of coffee and whiskey (there is a liquor store downstairs).When we would have brother over for a couple hours, Phil Kuchma of the Kuchma Corporation would watch the surveillance cameras in the halls, wait till he left, then call us on the phone demanding to know who was in HIS apartment.When my sister told him we wanted to move out, he threatened to sue us for breaking the lease early.I do not recommended the service of Phil Kuchma or the Kuchma Corporation (his inbred family who idly and passively works along side him) to anyone anywhere at any time, especially not if you value your privacy and safety in your apartment complex.
